REFUND POLICY

Shipping Fees are non-refundable unless you have received a damaged item or incorrect item, or there is another result of our error. 

To begin a return, please use the following process: 

Take a photo of the damaged/incorrect item and email this photo to our Customer Service Team at info@oxygenbotanicals.com along with a description of what was incorrect/damaged and your order number. 

Once we receive your email, we will provide return instructions. Once the package has been returned to use, please allow 24-48 hours for us to process your exchange or refund (as per request)
